Training Week May 26 - June 1

Monday - easy 30 minute park ride
Tuesday - park sprints 90 minutes
Wednesday - off
Thursday - 75 minutes light intervals on TT bike
Friday - easy 60 minute park ride
Saturday - 1:45 easy ride with a few hard efforts
Sunday - 75 min w/u 41 min race 5 minute cooldown - 2 Hrs Total

Weekly Total - 8 Hours
